The Blueprint Family Support Project provides information, resources and general support to families in the Nepean region who are caring for a child with complex disabilities and medically fragile conditions in their family home.
Caring for a child with complex disabilities can present families with many emotional and practical challenges.
On this website parents can find out about services and advocacy, obtain helpful information about self care, planning and connecting with other parents, and keep up with the latest news.
Brothers and sisters of children with complex disabilities may find resources that provide helpful information, and support by connecting with other siblings of children with disabilities.
About Us…
The Blueprint Family Support Project provides information, support and advocacy to families who are caring for a child with complex disabilities and fragile health conditions in their family home. The project is based in Leura NSW but its services cover the Nepean area (Hawkesbury, Penrith, Blue Mountains).
The NSW Government, through a grant from the Area Assistance Scheme supports this project.
The Blueprint Family Support Project operates under the auspices of Disability Enterprises
