People who attended Family Care workshops contributed to the development and creation of a 'Lifelong Care Template'. Terry Ryan, who co-authored "What About Mr..:A guide for caring" with his son Christopher, has made the template available to parents and carers to assist them in making decisions around the long-term care of their children with disabilities.
