This DVD is made up of six half-hour broadcast quality programmes. Each programme explores the interests, issues, concerns and policy questions that arise at points of transition for students with disability and their families, such as pre-school to school, school to post-school and acquiring a disability in adult years. The transition processes are considered from various perspectives including people with disability, their families, education service providers, policy staff and planners.
