FINANCES

Being a carer can mean coping with an unpredictable income and large expenses associated with meeting the needs of children with disabilities. The following services and websites provide quidance and information about financial assistance, and support.
Bestest
Bestest raises funds for kids in need. Their primary mission is to ease the heavy burden and the neglected needs of children who fall outside the standard boundaries of the larger established charities. Whether that be a child in your street, suburb, or remote country areas, Bestest aims to help get these children the support they need to battle an illness, obtain equipment for disabilities, gain access to education or provide urgent assistance to children at risk.
